How the hell do you justify getting rid of Saunders and Williams? No, bad words to be said in regards to the career stats of Greg Blanch and Jim Zorn but come on WTF!

Bass-Akwards move of the week: Hiring not just a defensive coordinator but also an offensive coordinator prior to bringing a head coach onboard. It seems to me that Dan Snyder is positioning himself to be the new head coach or at the very least creating a disturbing situation for whoever takes the job.
