Last night’s meal
Shrimp marinated in Garlic and butter
Sautee minced garlic in white cooking wine
medium heat
Lightly season shrimp with salt, pepper, and old bay
Melt 1 tsp of butter or butter substitute in pan with garlic and wine
Add shrimp
flip constantly until shrimp is fully glazed with pan contents
Enjoy!
WILD MUSHROOM MASHED POTATOES
Ingredients:
1 pound cooked potatoes dry and mashed
1 cup soy milk, heated
2 teaspoons whole butter or substitute
1 cup lightly cooked assorted wild mushrooms in a little butter and shallots, include shiitake, morels
Procedure:
While the potatoes are still warm add your heated milk, butter and mushrooms.
And of course a green salad …
